More Judgment From God For Nakedness

Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

2Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.

3Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man. (Isaiah 47).

God issues a severe warning to women. He tells them to go right ahead and expose their bodies. He says to them “uncover your locks, make bare your leg and uncover your thigh..” He warns the women their shame shall be see. What shame? The shame of their nakedness. He did not tell them their nakedness was natural and beautiful. He did not put a big happy face on them saying “This is how I created you naked and beautiful.”

On the contrary He said when he comes to the woman he will not meet her as a man does: men who love women marry them, provide for them, and protect them.

God says he will meet her with vengeance. He is love but he is also a God of judgment. Eden tells it all what God thinks of disobedience.

I read of a young woman who sunbathed each day in a bikini outside her apartment. One day they found her in her apartment raped and murdered. It turned out she was killed by one of her neighbors who saw her daily out there almost naked.

God met her with vengeance. He did not meet her as a man to love her and provide for her and protect her…but he met her with death. He allowed her to be murdered.  It could not have happened had not God allowed it. Would it have happened if the woman had dressed decently and modestly as the Bible tells us to do? Why take the chance?

Crime experts say that many people invite their own assaults. Some walk and go where it is dangerous. The live a lifestyle that invites disaster. It is not wise to go where you may be harmed or killed. This is simply the kind of world we live in  AFTER EDEN.

I read of a woman who invited men to her house to dance naked before them to tease them. One day they found her dead murdered with a knife from her kitchen plunged deep into her chest.

Playing games with the devil is not a good idea.

God gave the human race a BOOK. He expects us to read it and obey it. It is the Holy Bible.

I know it is a fact there are people who are murdered in their homes. Why? Because we live in world of sin. Unlocked doors and unlocked windows that invite wicked men to rape and kill.

It is important that we do all God told us to do and he will do what we cannot do.

It is not a good idea to be a prostitute. Many have been found murdered. It is not a good idea to walk down dark streets late at night. It is not a good idea to go anyplace, or do anything that might invite an attack. Criminals are out there looking for victims. Using wisdom in conducting one’s life will help.

The world has sinners in it and many of them are vicious criminals.

My point in this blog is to be humble and modest. Obey God.

Do all you can with His help to keep your life safe.

Murders happen because the Lord’s permissive will allows it. But his perfect will is for no one to murder or to be murdered.

Wow! You are blaming women for being raped! Don’t you know that women dressed every which way are attacked? This is the man’s sin, not the woman’s.

Jesus was naked on the cross. A slogan of Francis of Assisi was “naked to follow the naked Christ.”

    • I didn’t post I blamed women for being raped. But it is a fact we can make people sin the Bible teaches this.
Every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust. There is the lust of the eye the lust of the flesh and the pride of life and God tells us not to love these things, but because of these things men and women are drawn away.
I blame no one for anything: but common sense tells us to dress appropriately and women are to dress modestly.
Jesus body was taken down and wrapped in a linen cloth. During his life he wore clothes.

Yes, the naked body of Jesus was taken down and wrapped in a linen cloth for burial. Jesus “the Last Adam” then undid the death that the “First Adam” entered into. Jesus came forth from the earth and left the grave clothes buried. The First Adam was a naked gardener and the Last Adam was mistaken for being a gardener.

Why do you think so much about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work on clothing, nor do they spin cloth for themselves. And yet I would point out to you that even King Solomon in all of his glorious clothing was not dressed as finely as one of these.

If the neighbor girl is sunbathing in her backyard, then pray about it rather than letting your lust escape. She isn’t “causing” your lustful thoughts any more than your neighbor’s sports car is causing you to be a car thief. You are responsible for your own thoughts!

Likewise each is responsible for their own actions. You have no control over what your neighbor does. The Fruit of the Spirit includes “self-control” – not control over others.

      • I only blog what the Lord has me blog. I never in my life saw a nudist colony nor have I ever seen anyone running around naked. God has protected me from that. I understand that for all who have ministries the world through the internet is our pulpit. Your issue is with God not me. I guarantee he will show you the way if you ask him to.
I am not a lily of the field and neither are you nor is any human being capable of sinning a lily of the field. Lilies cannot sin. People do.
I didn’t see any “neighbor” sunbathing; I read about that murder in the news just like I read about other tragic happenings such as murders and rapes and naked church people. Get your facts straight. And everything I see or read I see in the light of the word of God..
I do not have lustful thoughts nor do I hate anyone, I am a follower of Christ.
I live a life seeing God do miracles. My next blog is about miracles he did for me personally.
I didn’t have to publish your hateful comment but did to reply to you.
Some comments are hateful and filled with insults as is yours.
Lastly don’t come around me trying to make me look like the bad person here.
I am a wonderful person inside and out.

Vulgar comment deleted because it was filled with evil judgmental words and
I do not publish comments unless they are at least a little sane.

I am a doctor of chiropractic with 25 yrs experience. The amount of Vitamin D we need to significantly reduce all forms of morbidity and mortality (except some forms of skin cancer) is now being proven to be much more than we all thought. Eating foods high in Vitamin D is not enough. God designed our bodies to require midday sunshine on our skin for healthy cells. If all the millions of women only sunbaked with full clothes on instead of bikinis, thousands of them would die a slow cancer death each year from the likes of breast, ovarian or colon cancer. It is a solid fact that thousands of lives are saved from bikini usage. It is possible that this raped woman was raped and murdered not so much from her attire but her attitude may have been seductive…. Whether she sinned or not, she is the victim of someone else’s sin. Jesus was murdered but He didn’t sin.

Jack LaLanne exercised and lived to be into his 90’s. Yet there are people who never exercise as he did and some even smoked and lived to be into their 90’s.
No offense but to make a point..Ted Bundy was an attorney and Jack the Ripper they believe was a physician, so there is no point in you saying you’re a chiropractor.
One could be a PHd and be a serial killer.
There are women who NEVER sunbathe and NEVER get cancer so your claim that thousands of lives are saved because of bikini usage is absurd.
People die for numerous reasons at any age at any place.
I did not say in my blog the woman was raped and murdered for exposing her body to men who are visual creatures. But it is possible that is the reason the man attacked her.
I posted what the Bible says. I have NO opinions I am quoting scriptures. God does not approve of nudity in public and nothing you can say will change what he said.
I made it clear in About this site that my understanding of the Bible may not be as yours.
Lastly Jesus’ life cannot be compared with anyone else’s. He was the Lord from glory. All humans are sinners.
      Thanks for stopping by.
As far as no one being at fault for being robbed raped or murdered it would have helped if you read the blog where I said it is a fact that crime experts conclude that many people invite their own assaults by how they live and where they go and what they do.
Don’t try to blame me for anything. I’m trying to help others not harm.

Many scientists are estimating that about half of all cancers would be prevented if people would get around 10,000 units of Vitamin D per day. A good source is http://www.vitamindcouncil.org. Nearly half of us don’t get enough but, indeed, we aren’t usually dieing of cancer. You’re right that people die from numerous reasons. It is not absurb to state that their is a strong link between vitamin D and cancer. It is like smoking; the scientific fact is that smoking and vitamin D insufficiency both can cause cancer – but they usually don’t. Midday bikini usage will greatly increase her Vitamin D level that day. Therefore, her bikini potentially could block her getting breast or ovarian cancer because of the powerful anti cancer properties of the vitamin D.

I don’t agree with your beliefs. I believe cancer is caused by sin, of course, and when sin is in a life, that life is wide open to sickness and disease;as it is to death. Trying to stop cancer is the same as trying to stop death. I believe that cancer is a part of evolution: evolution is simply trying to eliminate what it finds undesirable. This is why Christ came; to give us victory over sin, sickness, death and hell.
Lastly, God doesn’t need anyone to dress immodestly in order to keep us from cancer.

Obviously, God would know we were designed needing to be outdoors with with sunshine on our skin…. Western society demanded women to be hyper modest 100 yrs ago. Are you suggesting that we can ignore all health recommendations because we who love God can’t get sick because Christ will give us victory over sickness?

Never mind western society. God clothed the human race in Eden right before he kicked them out for not doing what he said.
I take it you just don’t believe the Bible.
